Smart Sending is a Klaviyo feature that limits emails a customer receives in a set period (default: 16 hours).
Sounds good, right? Nope.
Here’s why:
If a customer clicks on a campaign and abandons their cart, Smart Sending blocks the follow-up cart abandon email.
This email is one of your highest converters! Skipping it is burning cash.
How to fix:
Open a Flow Email.
Go to Settings.
Uncheck “Skip Recently Emailed Profiles.”
Repeat for all flow emails.

Your footer is valuable real estate—it’s the only block that appears in every email you send.
Here’s the play:
Add Shop Now or Shop by Category buttons to your footer.
